the atmosphere is a little lacking, but the food more than makes up for it. this is by far the best deal I have ever seen in my life. for 20 bucks you can get all the sushi, teppanyaki, crab legs, churrasco, edamame, etc that you can eat. some of the reviews here knock the service, but our waiter was a really nice dude and the other staff filled up or sodas like every 5 minutes. also, the teppanyaki chefs looked more lively and playful than ones I have experienced at benihana and the like. seriosuly go to this restaurant right now. it is amazing. one word of caution: order conservatively. they give you pieces of paper to check off what you want and if you don't finish they charge extra. everything looks so good and is so good so it is easy to get carried away. try the churasco.

The all you can eat at Soo Woo is a must try! My waiter explained in detail the great variety of food from either the sushi, hibachi, or kitchen foods, cooked fresh by simply checking of the amount desired. I ate well over 20 dollares worth of Crab legs, Churrasco, Moose Role, BulgoGui etc. and was very satisfied with my service. Not once did I see my glass empty, my server was very attentive and constanlty running out of the Kitchen with more Churrasco!!! I HIGHLY Recommend those endless AYC eat papers!

I give this restaurant 110% thumbs down. It wasn't much better when it was Sakura, but now has gotten worse. My family and I are very easy to please, but our experience at the restaurant pretty much outrage us. First of, the staff is very rude and unresponsive. Including the obvious owners or managers who were just walking around looking busy, and obviously didn't have a clue what was going on since by the looks of other guests, most people were irritated by the bad service. We were seated right away, but after 20 min. of waiting for our waiter to even bring us water, we had to pretty much beg them to come by the table to take our order. There were plenty of waiters but they just simply ignored most tables. Couldn't even get a refill of our drinks. And to top it of, when we go the bill, to our surprise there was an automatic 18% gratuity added to our tab. No wonder the staff didn't bother do a better job. Summary: Bad Service, Terrible Food, Do not recommend to anyone.
